I’ll be joined by Ben Brown\, a gifted Sound Practitioner from New York\, as we create a powerful field of gong\, metal\, voice\, and vibration. \n\n\n\nWe’ll begin around the fire — setting intention\, arriving together — and then move into the sound. \n\n\n\nScience shows us that these deep frequencies can shift brainwave states and interrupt old patterns. This is a full-bodied experience of release\, reassembly\, and emergence.
