Yeeeeeesssssssssss! S P R I N G is on its way! And with that brings the Spring Equinox on March 20th.

This year we will gather on the Equinox for a 90-minute Sound Bath to shake off the cold of winter and usher in the birthing energies of Spring.

The word “Equi nox” in Latin translates to Equal Night. It is the time when we have equal Light to equal Dark.

It represents the play of darkness to light within us…and it is a moment of BALANCE and of HARMONY. It is a time to pause and reflect…to call back into balance that which may be out of balance in your life.
