What Is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of healing touch that was rediscovered by Mikao Usui in the late 1800s. It stimulates your body’s innate healing resources by connecting Divine Knowledge (“REI”) with Universal Life Force Energy (“KI” or chi), promoting balance and harmony on all levels. Reiki is a form of holistic, hands-on energy healing that increases energy, reduces stress and anxiety, relieves pain, boosts the immune system, and gently releases old emotional patterns. It also enhances and supports other healing modalities.

In Reiki I, receiving the first attunements opens the Reiki channel to allow the healing energy to flow from your hands. During Reiki II, these attunements amplify your healing power, making you a much wider channel for Reiki Energy to flow.
Level II is also unique in that you are introduced to second degree techniques that utilize the 3 ancient reiki symbols known as the three sacred keys and the power that they hold.
Learning to work with these 3 sacred keys takes your reiki healing power to the next level. It also enables you to work with the mental/emotional channels of the body for healing. And finally, Reiki II opens up the doorway to facilitating Absent Reiki (providing reiki treatments when a person/animal is not present with you).
